By downloading or using Follow Your Money (FYM), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2. Use of the App
FYM is a tool designed to help you track and manage your recurring subscriptions. The app is for your personal, non-commercial use only.
3. No Financial Advice
The information provided by FYM is for informational purposes only. We are not financial advisors. Any decisions you make regarding your subscriptions or finances are your own responsibility.
4. In-App Purchases (Premium)
Premium features (like iCloud Sync and Unlimited Subscriptions) are available via a one-time lifetime purchase. All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests must be directed to Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies.
5. Intellectual Property
The FYM application, including its code, design, logos, and original content, is the exclusive property of Follow Your Money and its developer. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the app.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will always be secure, accurate, or free of errors.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Follow Your Money shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the app.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the app after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
